Fourplay will be in Japan in April. The group will be touring to places such as Tsukuba Capio Hall on the 10th, Sendai Zepp on the 12th, Toyama Aubade Hall on the 14th, Blue note in Tokyo on the 15-23, Sapporo Shimin Hall on the 24th, Suwon Arts Center in Korea on the 26th, and LG Arts Center on the 28-29th. Producer Quincy Jones called on some of the top session musicians in the business to work on Michael Jackson’s albums. And much of that work took place in Los Angeles. KPCC’s Adolfo Guzman-Lopez talked to some of those musicians and has this story.
